WARRANTY

We offer a 1‑year full warranty and the right to claim for manufacturing defects on all products under normal household use.
We only process claims with a valid sales receipt or verifiable proof of purchase.
The warranty does not cover regular inspections, maintenance, repairs, or the replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by improper use or handling.
You may submit a claim by notifying us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. Please also explain why you suspect the defect exists.
During the warranty period, we will provide the corresponding replacement parts, accessories, and tools free of charge (excluding shipping, packaging, and return costs borne by the customer).

The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage from product use (e.g., peeling paint or scratches).
Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or failure to follow instructions or warnings, etc.
Using the products in an environment or in a manner for which they are not intended.
