What material is the inner rod made of?
The interior of the AD85 dumbbell set is made of aluminum, so it is metal.
Are adjustable AD85 dumbbells safe? How do these plates stay in place?
The swallowtail structure, which is made entirely of cast, not only makes the adjustable dumbbells of Snode drop-proof and durable, but also combines the dumbbells in a structurally so that they do not fall down. As far as the structure of our adjustable dumbbells are concerned, the inner rod in the middle is not loaded, the load point of our AD85 dumbbell is our uniquely designed swallow tail groove, i.e. the trapezoidal groove on the dumbbell plate, and the rod only plays the role of adapting the selection.
